Thank You for considering MMSAI for a review! We’re so happy you thought of us!
Please take a moment to go over our review policy before submitting a request..
Reviews will only be considered in e-mail form.

BOOKS AND FORMATS ACCEPTED: MMSAI accepts books in physical form, ARC, and also eBooks in several formats. However, hard/bound copies are usually best and generally used as a giveaway to support the review and author.
MMSAI will also consider tour participation requests.

Novellas and Novelettes are not currently being accepted unless they are apart of a pre-existing full novel series.
Independent Authors: Due to the number of requests we receive daily from Independent Authors we ask that you only submit a request if your novel if it meets our requirements exactly.

GENRES ACCEPTED: While MMSAI has reviewed Adult Fiction in the past, we are now only accepting Young Adult and Middle Grade requests. We will consider all genres in both YA and MG.

MMSAI currently has a staff of 6 reviewers, a mixture of both part time and full time readers.
When a request is received in e-mail, we log it and provide the opportunity to all our reviewers. Each reviewer working for MMSAI has the ability to look over the request.

Acceptance is based on (but not limited to) each personal reviewers: reading schedule, personal schedule, if the offered book interests them, topic, genre and so forth. We accept reviews in quite the same way you might pick a book at the library or store.

At MMSAI we make it a point to only accept the books we know we will have time to read, but our accepting the book does not guarantee we will complete the review, even if a specific review date/time frame is given.

WHEN MAILING PHYSICAL COPIES: we highly suggest you add a delivery confirmation number if you are mailing through the United States Post Office or ship through UPS who insures all their items. This is strongly encouraged but not required. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
Our reviews will always include the books specs at the top with a short blurb about it and it's cover, as well as links to the authors website and various media pages. If there is anything else you would like us to add, please let us know and I will be happy to comply.

  • 5 birds (More Than Loved It) This became one of our favorites. We will recommend it to everyone who will listen and will read it over and over.
  • 4 to 4.5 birds (Great Story) Loved it! It earned a spot on our shelf!
  • 3 to 3.5 birds (Good Story) It was a good read. We are happy to have read it!
  • 2 to 2.5 birds (Meh, It Was Alright) Overall, the book was OK but lacking in areas for us.
  • 1 bird (Ugh, It was Terrible) The book was lacking and not something we would recommend.
  • DNF  (Did Not Finish) This is highly unusual to find but in some cases I can not even finish a book because it is lacking so much. I know this may seen rude, but with so many other books waiting for our attention we can't justify slowly plowing through a 1 Bird or lower novel. Should a book receive this type of rating, MMSAI will not post the review, but contact the author to discuss the situation.

Unless specified by the publisher/author, a review of a book will go up as soon as our calendar allows (in general between 2 weeks and 4 months). If the book is still several months from being published, in this case we will hold off until closer to the release date to post.
Our reviews are also posted on my Goodreads account, as well as shared on Twitter and Facebook. I am happy to post my review elsewhere if you just give me the proper information to complete the task and allow us the time to complete the task.

We would love to discuss with you author interviews and promote your book(s). We am also open for guest posts. Feel free to contact us anytime to discuss further.

I am always open for hosting giveaways! Just send me an email with complete details.
