Me, My Shelf and I Gets Creepy Every Day In October!

By: Me My Shelf And I | 25 September 2015 at 12:30 AM |

As a child, I really hated Halloween.

It wasn't because I disliked candy or costumes. It was because my birthday is 10 days before the spooky holiday and every single year I got a generic looking Halloween cake from the super market instead of a New Kids On The Block or 90210 one they regularly had any other time of the year.  You know, like all the other cool kids in my school got. (Shut up! I was totally cool!) We'd never really decorate for my parties, because it was just the Halloween stuff we had up.  I became a little angry with Halloween for awhile.

Now that I'm older, I realize how lucky I was and I'd love to go back and shake, small me and tell myself that this will soon be my favorite time of year.  Today I can't get enough Halloween and horror and thrillers, true crime and everything a little creepy and a little bloody.  I want to share all these things with you over my birthday month, so get ready for 31 Days of Halloween!

We are going to have:

  • Giveaways! (even one to celebrate my birthday!!)
  • Guest Posts from authors you love!
  • A special 'Guess The Author: Halloween Edition' Game!
  • Reviews of creepy novels!
  • Reviews of creepy movies!
