Chu's Day At The Beach
Author: Neil Gaimen & Adam Rex
Release Date: April 7th, 2015
Publisher: HarperCollins

A brand-new adventure for everyone's favorite sneezing panda, from the New York Times bestselling team of Neil Gaiman and Adam Rex.
Chu and his family are going to the beach! Chu is excited. He will get to play in the sand and wade in the water. But what will happen if Chu sneezes at the beach? And what will happen if he doesn't?

You might be seeing a few familiar names here – Neil Gaimen is known for a lot of books, but even I didn't know he had penned children's books until Chu arrived in the mail last month. And you might recall Adam Rex's novel FAT VAMPIRE from 2010. Together they have teamed up to bring us another story about Chu, the adorable panda who makes BIG things happen when he sneezes.

While the irony of his name being Chu, and things happening when he sneezes was lost on my lovely little "6", I loved it.  In this installment of Chu's life, we get to go to the beach and when he sneezes we get a tidal wave. Concerned that no one will come to the beach any more if there, well isn't one left the friendly animal frineds try their hardest to make Chu sneeze things back to normal.

What did "6" have to say about it?

What did you think of the book?
It was good!

What was your favorite part?
The merpanda part. Where he gives the ice-cream to the merpanda.

Which was your favorite Character?
The Merpanda because she has a pretty tale!
