Nikki Beckett could only watch as her boyfriend, Jack, sacrificed himself to save her, taking her place in the Tunnels of the Everneath for eternity — a debt that should’ve been hers. She’s living a borrowed life, and she doesn’t know what to do with the guilt. And every night Jack appears in her dreams, lost and confused and wasting away.
Desperate for answers, Nikki turns to Cole, the immortal bad boy who wants to make her his queen — and the one person least likely to help. But his heart has been touched by everything about Nikki, and he agrees to assist her in the only way he can: by taking her to the Everneath himself.
Nikki and Cole descend into the Everneath, only to discover that their journey will be more difficult than they’d anticipated — and more deadly. But Nikki vows to stop at nothing to save Jack — even if it means making an incredible sacrifice of her own.
In this enthralling sequel to Everneath, Brodi Ashton tests the bonds of destiny and explores the lengths we’ll go to for the ones we love.

When I finished EVERNEATH, book one in the series, I had puffy red eyes from crying, a mountain of used kleenex piled next to me, and my heart was upside down and confused. I mean, who’s team was I on anyway, Jack’s or Cole’s?

When EVERBOUND arrived, I prepared. I drank my fluids, grab the tissues and swore up and down by the end of this book I would pick a damn team.

EVERBOUND didn’t make me cry, but more than EVERNEATH it had me on the edge of my seat, biting my nails. And just when I thought I had chosen a team, Ashton throws a curve ball I wouldn't have seen coming if it had called ahead and made a reservation. Needless to say, EVERBOUND left me once again utterly and desperately in need of more.

EVERBOUND takes you into the Everneath once again. Only this time Nikki is trying to save the love of her life, Jack who went in to take her place in the Tunnels. Could there be a better boyfriend? Most have a hard time remember Valentine’s Day and this guy dive into hell for his girlfriend. No wonder readers standards are so high for boyfriends and husbands… At first was a little bit like “How is she going to write a whole book about this journey? Is there enough of a story in it?” And then I promptly kicked my self in the backside for ever doubting the awesome that is Brodi Ashton and her undeniable ability to set up ,and knock down the hearts of YA readers everywhere, over and over again. With us begging for more each time!

Brodi builds the world of the Everneath so superbly, at times you can actually feel the fire, hear the wind and taste the water. True to form, Ashton delivers, not just on our main story but in the intricate sub-plots she has running at the same time.

EVERBOUND is beautiful, spellbinding and will leave you with your jaw on the ground wanting more! If you haven’t read this series yet, you are really missing out on something fantastic!
