{Q&A} Just For Fun Book Survey

Questions and Answers signpost

I don’t have a thing to blog about today, my girls and I are between reviews, I have no guest posts or new giveaway to list. I’ve literally reached a point where I have nothing to say (hell has frozen over!)

In an effort to not leave you with nothing for the day since I will be away, I did what any smart girl does. First, I begged my Twitter followers to give me something and when that didn’t work out too well (I guess everyone is looking for something….) I googled it. It’s very common, you can…sorry I’ll stop that Twilight movie quote right there.

And I found this fun little survey on Brooke Reviews. Yay!

All weekend I’m going to be coming up with great ideas for a Saturday meme, us bookies don’t seem to have one (that I have come across anyway) and we need one! If you have ideas let me know and we can start it together!

Rules of this survey - no two answers can be the same book, all books must be fiction.

bird_pinkBook next to your bed right now: The only thing next to my bed is “Mah Nookie” (say it like Bill from True Blood!) which has like 600+ books on it right now. So, I’m not listing all of them…lol.

bird_pinkFavorite series: I have 2. The first is Twilight, and you can keep your comments to yourself. This series brought me back to my passion of reading and I will be forever grateful. My second is The Mortal Instruments Series.

bird_pinkFavorite book: The Notebook by Nicolas Sparks

bird_pinkThe one book you would have with you if stranded on a desert island: I’d go with an anthology probably. Maybe like An Infinite Thread by The Merry Sisters of Fate Tessa Gratton, Maggie Stiefvater and Brenna Yovanoff. You know or “Mah Nookie” as it’s technically like one book…lol.

bird_pinkBook/series you would take with you on a long flight: Probably The Hunger Games, I’ve only been through them once and I want to get through them sevral times more.

bird_pinkWorst book you were made to read in school: Shakespeare. Don’t get me wrong I love HIM, but I could never READ it. It didn’t flow for me.

bird_pinkBook that everyone should be made to read in school: Number The Stars by Lois Lowery

Book that everyone should read, period: Forbidden by Tabitha Suzuma

bird_pinkFavorite character: Jace Wayland from The Mortal Instruments. Never have I wanted to simultaneously slap the crap out of, and make out with someone all at once. Plus, he’s easily one the most quotable character's I’ve ever read!

bird_pinkBest villain: Voldemort from Harry Potter

bird_pinkFavorite invented world: “Klunk Head”, “Greenie” and all the other terms he coined - James Dashner’s Maze Runner Series

bird_pinkMost beautifully written book: Oh this isn’t fair. I’m just going to go with Water for Elephants by Sara Gruen because otherwise the list would be massive.

bird_pinkFunniest book: The Stephanie Plum Series by Janet Evanovich

Now, if you do this link me to it so I can read your answers. I hope you all enjoyed my Saturday fun!
